I have a Memorex mlt3221 with a blinking light. With main board plugged in the 5v goes up and down. .5v to 2.5v with main unplugged and 5v jumped I get the 5v 11.5 for the 12v and 22v for the 20v. I changed the main board thinking that was the problem with no change. Any ideas what could be causing this on the ps?

How do you read the value of the big cap mentioned here? 25/105/for
I have the same issue as above 2 blown caps 10uf 450v and the big cap is bulging as well but don't know how to order it. Thanks

Thanks, I will replace the other 2 caps. I will also recheck the out rectifiers i remember checking them but just to be safe. I should have marked what i have checked instead of going by memory.

Need a pro! On power supply 3138 103 6282 i had a bad cap board space #2074 2200 uf 25v replaced with 2200uf 35v. I now have some power but the screen will flicker on then shht back down. I have checked over everhthing but i am missing something. Can someone tell me what component would have blown this cap? Maybe that will be my problem. Thanks everyone
