Yep, the same thing - out of stock.

Does anyone happen to have the schematics for the PE0702 or PE0702A power supply board? That would help so much in trying to figure out where the fault is.

Sorry, the shopjimmy.com link didn't show up. It just so happens that's the place which bought out the shop (DiscountTVParts.com) from which I got the replacement inverter board to fix my sister's TV. I got a few marketing emails from the new shop, but nothing recently.
I just went to their site and searched for "PE0702" and got two matches. Both look like the right power supply board, but both are out of stock - like so many other places I've tried. At least their prices are much more reasonable than most I've found, and they...

There's no link or picture in your post (at least not that I can see), so I'm not sure what you mean by "Does the board look like this?" It does look just like the board in the pictures of the post referenced by a link on the first line in my initial post of this thread.
Yes, I'm familiar with opto-isolators and have looked at that somewhat, but I'm not positive whether the AC_DET signal is active High or Low. There's no change in the output of the opto when AC is turned on/off. If I remember correctly,...

That board is common to the 46xv648u model of Toshiba TV and I'm seeing the same symptoms as described in the other thread. Unfortunately the problem with my board must be something different and further 'downstream' since the issues described there all check out OK on my board.
