List of bad caps?
Is there a list of cap makers that made crap parts? or a list of caps known to fail? this would be good for people to know when buying a new motherboard -

Ok I think things are getting out of hand with these bad caps...
The other day while doing rutine checks on all the fire alarms in my house I noticed that the co2 alarm in my garage was malfunctioning compleately.
I opened it up and found that the cause was several bad caps...
how could they use such bad parts in something so critical?
