Is this download broken? I get a 403 "You don't have permission to access this resource." when clicking on the download link (https://www.badcaps.net/downloads/?i...2b5653dcb8be56).

This information would have been extremely useful for replacing the thermal pads on my Palit Gamerock GTX 1070.

Could someone please fix this?
