Dell w3201c
i have a w3201c plasma dell tv the blue light turns on when i turn it on but the screen stays blank. the blue light that turns on stays on steady no blinking or anything. I could hear it turn on but nothing happens. Thank you -

Hello can you please explain what picture is what plus i dont know if you would know but i have a w3201c tv and the blue light comes on but the screen stays black i could hear it when it turns on. its just the screen and the sound doesnt turn on. i found the tv in the dumpster so i figure ill take it and see if i could fix it also to pass time. thank you.
