I'm in Australia and have a similar problem to yours. Did you resolve it?
My machine seems to fill and drain but is not spinning. There is resistance when trying to turn the drum by hand. If I run a spin cycle it drains, immediately jumps from 10min to 2min, makes some noises then eventually alarms for the end of the cycle.
It did not produce any error codes until I tried the "test mode", when it came up with "E60-09". Which Google says is a comms issue with a connectivity board, but my machine WAU28490AU/2 does not have connectivity. - I

I am troubleshooting a Bosch washing machine, and the only similar case I can find is in an unresolved thread on this site from last year. I am planning to contact the OP to see if they had any success with their own machine.
