Ok I one step further. The UEFI-Rom is the UC9. But that is on the backside of the Mainboard. So you have to disasamble the hole lapttop to "dismount" the mainboard. Additional I found out what that UT7 is: its the Thunderbolt Firmware.
But i still stuck with the reading off that W25Q256JV-Chip. Meanwhile i am sure its not an contact issue. I think its a incompatible CH341-device or software issue.

I try to read my Dell 7210 UEFi .
I get me an CH341a Programmer and allready tested it with NeoProgrammer on some simple 8bit Nand direct clamped on it. And it works.
Now I try to identify the UEFi Chip on the 7210.

Someone mention its the WinBound on picture 3. Which would be UT7. But the schematics i found for the 7210 it say its UC9. But i dont find any UC9. Im unsure if its the right chip, as I'm unable to read it. But this may be contact problems, as its hard to come by that UT7.
