My 440p is a Type 20AW...anyone with a working bios-dump for me...trying to flash it...to geht the 440p booting without 5 beeps ?... -
I managed to get a stable connection to my 440p. The bios chip (Winbond 25Q32FV) was now automatically recognized. It took only 10 times 😀
I read the chip and saw that it only contains "FF" – it seems the previous owner had already tried to write to the bios chip or apparently deleted it 🤕
Is there a possibilty to get any kind of dump or original FL1 from a Lenovo´s bios update file to flash ?Leave a comment:

I´m back from my holidays and made a backup from the Winbond 25Q32FV (U49)
of my T440p with Ask Programmer. Should I also make a backup of the
other bios chip (U113) an post it here ?
