"2 seconds to black" issue, capacitors are fine
I have a LG Flatron W2052TG Monitor ( I believe it's an LCD) and decided to try and fix it instead of getting it repaired or buying a new one. I don't know much about computers but from research I know that it has something to do with the "2 seconds to black" issue.
When I turn it on I can see the screen for a second or two before it turns off. I know capacitors are not the issue because they all seem fine. Any help would be appreciated, let me know if you need more detail.
