just wanted to add here that after , replacing tristar and flex if you have a bootloop! from apple logo or blankscreen but its pulling 2.2 or 2.0 and charging , You NEED to connect homebutton /fp sensor also this can cause this blank screen also you wont get usb connection till its unlocked either , i hope i helped

it dual bios , so should files be same size most likely not , and there's should be a way to enter dual bios recovery mode and cant find the exact guide but heres some info
Try this:
System powered off
Press the power button
Count to 6
Press and hold the power button (shut off system)
Press the power button again
Count to 4
Press and hold the power button (shut off system)

yes this is your MX 256mb bios chip , with the programmer use auto mode and let it show you models then choose nearest or correct model , [B]remember to backup your old bios[/B] ,regardless of errors first !
it does sound like a corrupt bios easily broken nowadays
have a look to see that you dont have another chip onboard (dualbios) just incase although unlikely

i have bios locked i have tried many bios flashes , all i get is cpu fan full speed and no display , when i flash back old bios its back on again with password , i even tried the me change method as posted it doesn't seem to work , and with the delete hex method it does not have that text in the hex file !
can someone help me out please ,i have attacthed my bios

yes you right this has been removed because it was dead and laptop not have any Ethernet connection but this problem happened after that because this board has subboard so the sub board came loose while power was applied i think that damaged a chip somewhere causing the power issueLeave a comment:

hello, i have lenovo t430s since can not get schematics closest is t430 schematic but i have check all the fuses and all seem ok
but not powering on at all no led power light no nothing
this board has separate power sub board and look like have burn mark on some the copper lines where it connects to mainboard but still connecting ok , 19v reaches fuse f2
connected to powersupply and not drawing any amps at all
power button is on keyboard on this model
i also notice the sub power board have little switch like a push switch maybe its does nothing... -

thankyou Peste i flashed another bios and is now booting and i installed latest bios from hp site . i had to put hardrive with with windows 10 on it already
because the it wont detect any usb drive or dvd drive at all
the usb ports are not working at all and the wifi not working and dvd drive not showing
all drivers are installed its very odd
i have enabled all options in bios to be ON i am now wonderign why the usb ports dont work they do not look damaged at all , 2 ports are 3.0 and 2 are 2.0 none...Last edited by kammy6000; 10-21-2019, 02:01 PM.Leave a comment:

then i reflashed the same one , what i dont know is why the problem is persisting
erase > flash
i am using Bios Chip Programmer CH341A which has a chip grabber on it
maybe the bioschip is faulty on motherboard?

HELLO ,members thankyou for your support
i have hp probook 450
same symptoms were the following:
1. Black screen - no video.
2. The fan turned on the strongest
3. The WLAN and WLAN indicator light is yellow.
4,bios battery is 3v
5.bios used (bios hp probook 450 go.rar)
flashed bios and was successful , powered on to some options , shutdown the pc for the night ,next day was back to black screen again ! flashed again bios with programmer now wont fix itself just stays black screen with...Leave a comment:
