The main UPS PCB is on the bench. There is no external battery pack. But, I realized that when I connect the internal one, it does not get recognized but, when I unplug the mains, the Ups continue running on the battery. So there is no battery recognized, but the battery is powering the UPS. I guess there must be a voltage divider somewhere to get the battery voltage. This unit had moisture damage, some tracks were corroded, and are now fixed. One Fan is also bad and is on its way.

Do you know if this error is related to the "missing" battery pack?

I got a APC UPS SRT2200XLI showing General system error 0008. It's supposed to be related to the logic power supply. I checked all I could, but because of lack of documentation I'm going blind.

Any help will be appreciated.
