Can really no one help me with this?

I've already flashed and tested both W25R256 and GD25R256 chips, but neither one works.
The laptop still won't start properly.

When I plug in the power, the white LED briefly turns on, then goes off again — and nothing else happens.
No fan, no screen, no keyboard backlight. It just stays off.

If anyone can help me, I will definitely appreciate it – and I won't forget your support....
