i succensfully patched my BIOS by myself usig patcher. It was DELL Latitude 5300 NortBay Non-TBT MB A00 18827-1 P3HJY$CA. BIOS has 32 Megabytes single IC.

OK i flashed It
I was using hot air to desolder and some kynar wires to connect to progrmmer and NeoProgrammer for programming. First i was strugling with tiny wires mostly used for trace repair but i was to hard to solder 
kynar wires was better idea.
