Thanks for the tips, the problem was using 1.8v adapter. it is 3.3v chip.

the laptop just turn on no display and power blinking.
I tried to find winbound w25q64jvsiq in Neo or CH341 programmer but I only find the w25q64jw for 1.8v.
and another problem is everytime I read and save the bios file from it , it's not the same , I used Hex Comparison for that....Leave a comment:
