Its a older laptop that was running well before. I agree that if that inductor got smoked, then something else probably went horribly wrong and I can discard the laptop......

Hi Forum!

My laptop recently started smelling bad, stopped working.
Further inspection I found a capacitor that turned black.
I hope that just replacing the capacitor will bring it back to life, but I am not able to find any information about these capacitor.
Its written R24 651 PC3.
Anyone know what these parts are and where I can buy a replacement part for this?

I am currently trying to fix a Plasma TV(50PQ10R-AFB).
When starting up the TV, I can measure the main power supply going on, then disabling via the nice relay "click".
When disconnecting the YSUS board, the main power supply does not click off.
Upon inspection of the Ysus board, the input 4A fuse was blown, and the 30J124 IGBT's were shorted.
All capacitors have been replaced.
Can the forum please advise me on a equivalent IGBT that will work with this TV?
And if I replace the IGBT's, do I need to adjust and resistors...
