Looking at the PSB there is no connection to the far right board.
Two connections to the far left board, then that has a connection that runs across the top to the right board. I unplugged both connections to the left board and powered it up. I have audio, but the screen stays black....

I acquired this from a family member. I have zero electronic skills, I am a painter. So, this system turns on and then starts blinking, the picture just goes off and on. It makes no noises to speak of. I asked another family member about it, and as a result of that conversation, I took out the power board (with help) and had it repaired (11 popped caps).
So as happy as I was, when put back together, it still blinks.
I am at a loss, and I have read several posts about y boards and x boards, but no idea what one looks like, top remove to haver it repaired. Taking it in for...
