I updated laptop with your binary file but it changed nothing. Still the same - no video output to internal screen or to HDMI/USB-C.
This is bad as it points me to issues with build in graphics and CPU itself.

Laptop in trouble is:
model: 14-es0013dx
ProdID: 7H9Y4UA#ABA
SN#: 8CG35112PL

Current issue: laptop turning on, battery charging, fan turning on/off, CAPS LOCK react on pressing but screen remains black.
What was done so far - connected external monitor via HDMI, system reset, BIOS reset and BIOS recovery attempted as per HP recommendations - all to no avail.

Would it be possible for one of qualified people here to cook BIOS binary file for this machine?
