Thanks Tom..Seem like a lot guys faced the same problem with samsung tv's. Called Samsung and they rejected to do any free work . its all money ..I will not buy samsung again ..
I have a sony trv22 camcorder bought in 2003, and it developed the lines issue in the lcd after 4 years ...Sony admitted the problem as a known issue ,fixed after 4 years free of cost ..

My samsung LCD 46 also shows the mostly bluish lines on the top part of the screen ..at 7 places .some places show reddish.TV is 4 years old . This happened last week..I can also see those lined section as black when TV is OFF ..Can someone please tell me whats the issue ? is it worth repairing?...Leave a comment:
