Shows standby , powers on to white back lights come on 1 second and shut off stays powered on with no back light. Cannot see image with flashlight. No vizio logo.

Vizio M420KD Moving Horizontal lines and feint red screen.
I am thinking of picking this up and was wondering what you guys think could be causing this problem. Unit does power on, then displays an all red screen with horizontal lines moving from bottom to top. The redness isn't very bright you can still see the no signal sign fine. So you guys think this would be an easy fix like the T-CON? -

I have a Polaroid LCD TV that has a burn in mark on it . What is the best way to get rid of or reduce the Burn in? -

Well I have both. I do get it to work sometimes and once it's on it stays on . I don't want to open it up tonight. Right now I have it right next to my air conditioner. Could Cold temperatures effect anything?Leave a comment:

Vizio SV320XVT Possible Inverter Problem.
I Have a problem with this TV .When I turn it on the vizio emblem goes from orange to white and the vizio logo comes on the screen normally then after the logo disappears the back lights shut off and the emblem stays white . I can see the picture when I shine a flashlight on it and it has sound. So I am thinking it is a backlight inverter problem. What do you guys think? -
