Did you ever find a way to tear it down or did you just replace the screen outright?...

Hello dwellers,

Im just a guy that likes to tinker with stuff. I have some education in electromechanical engineering but I never finished. I like to tinker with stuff that I can break down and rebuild so I've dabbled in automotive repairs, custom pc water-cooling and cameras. I've essentially become the handyman for most of my friends from home mechanic, technician, plumber, and whatever else.

My current project, I'm working on getting this 16" macbook pro M1 Max working, I have one that does work and thought I would pick this one up for the larger size and storage...
