it seems that i'm facing the same problem as yours, perhaps worse. my laptop GPU clock is super low and seems like a throtling problem. the MVDDC draw is higher than expected(220W) and the GPU chip power draw is 0W. this happened on my 3050ti laptop, can you please specify your way of overcoming thi problem by fixing firmwares? i have tried almost any possible way but none worked.
