After talkin 2 another tech he was thinking it was the panel & not the tcon, does that sound right? Is the panel a common problem on a Sam. LED. Do u think it's worth trying a tcon 1st if not I don't believe it worth replacing panel due 2 cost... Any input would be greatly appreciative

i was just about to order the tcon from cali they told me it could be they panel is bad and to call back tomorrow to talk w/ a tech, does that sound right the tcon was 99$ which is a lot better than a 400$ panelLeave a comment:

did not notice any bad capacitors just visually inspecting do i need to check uf on all capacitors,

yes lines are shown on menu,settings, and all inputs.
when first turn on tv it slowly fades in, then when watching the line fade on the left side and right side. but the white lines seem to stay. 2 days ago pic was great for only few hours but right back to line been like it sinceLeave a comment:

I got a UN46B7100WFXZA, Samsung led, started with thin black horizontal lines, few days later went to white/red verticle lines. Can still see pic but looks bad, what can I check?? Please help only 3 yrs old(tv) -
