  • Sharp Aquos LC-20AD5E-BK Fault

Picked one of these up from the dump in the hope the tcon board would fit in my 32" but alas, no.

This one has a broken screen but otherwise works fine. You can get a picture and just about make out the menu's working, so I was wondering if anyone had one of these screens knocking about and how much would they want for it?...

Anyway, I have had a good look around the 32" again and see nothing obvious through my amateur eyes but maybe you guys see something different.

Thanks again for having a look...

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have acquired a 32" Sharp Aquos that has a fault and every time I look on the internet, I get more confused as to what the issue is.

When you turn the TV on, there is a click and the green light comes on but there is no picture or sound. I have tried doing the volume/channel button reset but nothing changes. I have used the "Search" facility on this forum but I cannot find anyone who has managed to solve this problem.

I have had the back off the TV and cannot find any obvious faults but I have limited electrical...
