Forty years ago I served a full electrical apprenticeship and came out of it with an HND in Industrial Electronics and Electrical Systems. If you had told me then just where technology would be today I would not have believed you.
To cut a long story short, I spent most of my working life in the third world where "plug and play" was never an option. I had to take on anything and everything that came my way and learn to repair at component level.I can hold my own in general hardware but struggle with software. With current technology my kind have become obsolete...
