    Well I got it fixed thanks for all the help. Turns out the cowling that holds the lcd panel in place was pushing one of the ribbons in causing the malfunction. It worked fine whenever the cowling was off then would be bad with it back on. My solution was a bit of insulation tape slid back behind the ribbon so that it could not be pushed back by the cowl. Works great now. Thanks again for the help!

  • Samsung LN26A330J1DXZA weird issue

    Hello, I have used this forum to find fixes for several monitors and TVs but couldn't find any relating to this issue so this is my first post. The TV will turn on with a messed up screen(IMG_830). I opened it up to check the caps and for loose connections nothing was bad that I could find. When I apply a slight pressure to the upper right corner the TV works fine (IMG_832). I let go and it freezes (IMG_834). If I twist the top again it works fine (IMG_835). If I twist it gently and slowly let go it will stay working sometimes. Does anyone know what could be causing this? When the TV was apart...
