Time to add my voice to the chorus here. (textually speaking that is). I too have one of these PSU that have failed. Knew what it was before my friend gave it to me. and sure enough 2 of the shotgun 12 electro's were swollen so replaced them all with good quality equivalents from RS and mouser.
Symptom: PSU will not start.. pushing power button at attempts then immediate shutdown.

Replaced ALL electolytics on main board. PWM daughter board, and the Fan controller daughter board.
still doing the attempt to start immediate shutdown.

So pulled the primary...
