I just managed to unlock the supervisor password on my T480s.

[B]BIOS chip:[/B] WINBOND 25Q128JVSQ

I used a CH341A with an 8-pin clip directly on the chip (soldering isn't my thing).
I used [I]NeoProgrammer v2.2.0.10[/I] because I couldn't find my chip in either [I]CH341A Programmer[/I] or [I]ASProgrammer[/I].
