Currently trying to learn how to flash a bios in order to maybe save the legion 5 pro of my uncle.

I hope for some great savior that could help me fix my bios, if its broken !

Hey guys, i'm curently trying to repair the laptop of my uncle, here is the deal, when plugged : a short press will do nothing, but a long one does (2-3s),--> keyboard turns on for 5 secs after de click then turns off, -->Power button led stays yellowish and nothing on the screen and for the fans, it depends but most of the time, no fans.
So i'm guessing a bios fault but i'm not sure, haven't check the voltages yet.
Also when plugged : Orange led on the charging port and Legion logo on as well. (even after overnight recharge)

Bios Chip Name : winbond...
