Hola / Hello

The board jumps with sound error code 5.2 (the integrated controller cannot find the valid firmware.).
The integrated controller cannot find the valid firmware
I have an HP Prodesk 400 G4 computer with this error. I'm familiar with electronics, but I'm not familiar with how to load new firmware onto the motherboard. I'm new to this.
Could someone please explain the procedure to me?
