Please help to provide working BIOS file for flashing the EEPROM with CH341A

AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, nVidia RTX 3060 6GB

The problem: If power adapter attached then in boot loop after every minute or so - sequence: LED on power button illuminates, keyboard backlight illuminates for some seconds the turns off - black screen, no sounds, caps lock doesn't work
