Ahh,this IPM is coming encapsulated with no access to the components?or the heat sink can be riped away ?...

im on that but they seems the solder used its Sn&Ag so im affraid to desolder that because i can harn some components from igbt.the buffer boards isnt tested because the tv is not in my home...i will do that tommorow...

Any solution here?i have the same problem with same Tv,psu checked and good,stay on when the sustain board disconnected...no visual issues on sustain board and all the checkable components checked and good.any ideea?thank you in advance!
