Rog tracking that programmer. Can you confirm that this kit will work? Also is there a standard chip for the G5s that I should have on hand in case the installed chip can't be revived? (i haven't disassembled down to the MB yet)

And I can provide all that if it helps but I know how to get the files from the Getac site using the SN but guess my question is, is it as easy as getting a new chip and USB programmer to install the files? Then just plug the new chip in on the board? Thanks for helping the noob.Leave a comment:
