Hello,
I have the same problem with an x250.
I have successfully patched 3 T450s, but the same thing happened to me with the x250 as you.

I'm trying to find the problem, if I find it, I'll come back to write it.

Hello,
Does the extraction and programming of the BIN file have to be done on the chip itself with a programmer? Or could it be done with some software?
