Looks like 4485D maybe you can make it out. Had to magnify it to see it.
Voltage on first 4 pins is 12.76 and 0 on the last 4.

I'm getting 3.32v on the base, 3.29v on the top right( can't tell if it's base or emitter) and 0v on the top left. I'm getting continuity on the 4 bottom pins on the chip in the pic from the fuse on the t-con board. Also that chip looks like it has been replaced before. Might be refurb. Could the chip be bad and not regulating the voltage as the transistor seems to be fine per continuity check....Leave a comment:

I got this Samsung pretty cheap and thought it would be an easy fix but I'm getting sound and back lights but no picture. Already tried to to re-seat the cables on the t-con board and detached them one at a time with no success. Also replaced the t-con board(ebay) with no success. Also when I power it up I see the red light flash five times don't know if that's normal. I've attached pics. Any where I can get a manual without having to pay. Went to Samsung website and they're charging for the service manual. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!... -

Thanks guys replaced N603 and no go. N604 gets hot as sh*t as does c10 and c11. Whats the easiest way to remove those smt caps on the input/output. Tried an iron but no go. Also emailed Dynex for a schematic. Thanks!Leave a comment:

Thanks RetiredCaps and Bud. N602,603,604 are hot as hell as are the caps surrounding them. I need a little help interpreting these voltage regs. N603 is AZ1117D 3.3EI and it looks good. The other 2(n602,604) are 1117L and I looked at the data sheet but i was lost. Heres the readings.
N602 N603 N604
1)2.01V 1)0V 1).5V
2)3.25V 2)3.31V 2)1.78V
3)5.29V 3)4.95V 3)3.30V
Voltage Across
C610=4.96V
C611=3.30V
C621=3.32V
