thanks for the response, then I'm doing something wrong cause when I program the virgin bios to the laptop it doesnt boot, I just get flashing power light and the cpu fan spins up but the screen is dead...

Hi guys, I really need help please, I'm new to this , I read the 2 x bios chips/ files with CH341 programmer from Ideapd 3 15ITL6 which had a password lock on it, I wanted to get rid of the password, I saved these bios files and wrote/ptogrammed the "virgin" bios files I found on this thread to these bios chips not knowing about DMI etc. Unfortuantely my PC's hard drive crashed and I lost the original BIOS bins.
Can the Bios be rebuilt with just the serial numbers of the laptop?
