I'm working on two of the same monitors - Envision H22W - and I'm stomped at this point. Both are reading the voltages they need to at the test points but nothing but a blinking light still.

However, I've noticed that if I unplug the 9 pin connector from the power supply to the logic board, the backlights light up. Perhaps a switching problem in the power board? Backlights failed to activate on other power boards when I used this same approach.

I'll make some updates to this soon. Capacitors look practically...
