Hello, I had the exact same problem:
[B]Plug in to wall: [/B]Orange (Standby Light) comes on
[B]Plug in to Xbox One:[/B] Lights go off (not white or blinking)
I tried a different PSU (a cheap one) and the xbox worked perfectly.
A capacitor was inflated thats why I changed it instantly (changed the others also just beacuse 😅😳), but even after that the failure wasn't gone.
So thats why a came looking for some light and realized that it was indeed a faulty MOS.
All this happend me after my original HDD started to fail. (I dont even know...

Hello,
I had the same problem, changed:[LIST][*]1000uf 16v caps[*]2200uf 16v caps[/LIST]Actually only one of them presented signs of failure, but it didn't worked so I changed the rest of them.
Until I saw on this post that it could be a faulty MOS.
IT WAS INDEED.
