Laptop turns on with adapter only, not recognize the battery. There is no voltage on the battery contacts (black, red wires). I disconnected the battery for replacement RAM. The level of wear was​ 23% AIDA64. Please tell me what else I can check?Leave a comment:

I tried a 1 kOhm resistor right before writing, but it didn't change anything. There is no voltage. Everything was working fine until I accidentally damaged the resistor with a screwdriver while connecting the battery.Leave a comment:
