Hello I’m trying to see if someone can help with a modify bios for My dell latitude 5450 Business laptop

I pick it up at a Erecycle place
But it has Absolute enabled
But there is no bios passwords set at all
I currently have it on Linux
But I really want Win11 on it
If Install windows it work fine tell drivers update and then boom locks out

Please help
