I had a look at that before making the post but i just got really confused, i looked at it again and i think it helped me find the culprit, should have been more patient.
It seems that Q13 MOSFET Source and Gate are shorted. I tested resistance on Q9, Q36, Q13 and Q34. Everything was above 15kohms except Q13 S-G which was showing 1 ohm.
Now my next question would be is there anything else i need to look for or would my issue be fixed by getting the Q13 mosfet replaced?

Lenovo ThinkPad T540p not charging
So i got a T540p with LKM-1 SWG2 12308-2 48.4LO18.021 that will not charge the battery.
It runs fine with AC plugged in with or without battery, also runs fine with a charged battery, but will not recharge it. -
