If I do that the tv stays on.. I did that when I had the 10 blinks, when the old ss board was conected I had 10 blink when not the tv staid on.. now i put the new ss board and it turned on.. after 15 min shut down and got the 8 blinks.. I discconect the ss board and the tv stays on.. put it back and got the 8 blinks..

Hi everyone.. I got a panasonic tcp42s1 with 10 blinks I used a tecnical flow chart and got that the ss board was bad.. i order it from internet put in on rigt now it turn on and everything and after 10 min shut down and giva me 7 blinks now.. now what? can anybody help me get to the bottom of the problem..

oh ok thanks your reply.. I will try to test the mosfets hopefully I'll find the shorted one... can you give me your opinion in putting the ss board from the other tv but has the same board number?

Hi everyone I just finish testing a panasonic tc-p42s1 plasma tv with the 10 blinks code. I used a flow chart diagram and got to the sustain board by disconnecting the ss11 and ss33 connectors and turning the tv on and it stay on with no error code. According to the flow chart the ss board need to be replace.. but I haven't found the exact one on the internet, mine is TNPA4783 AD . My question is that can I fix the ss board? if not can I put a another ss board from a different model tv, because the only one that I found was the same number TNPA4783 but was pulled from a TC-P50U2 panasonic tv....
