Finally, I did some research, and it seems I need a programmer to back up my BIOS. The BIOS chip is [B]MX25L25673GHI with 16 pins[/B]. I'm not sure which exact programmer and clip I should buy. Can anyone recommend a reliable setup that works well for this chip? And, is it possible to back up the bios just by using Windows OS on the computer directly, because i see various app such as [B]Universal BIOS Backup Toolkit [/B]that looks fine. Thanks for your help

I see a lot of people here sharing their BIOS backups to get unlocked, and I'd like to do the same with my Dell Optiplex 7080 Micro. Can anyone explain how to back up the BIOS properly?
