Thanks for the info. Do you know what would be a fair charge to replace the caps? I have the board pulled and just do not have the correct soldering tools. I am going to get the caps myself(any good name brand?).

I search for this issue but could not find if it has been talked about so I am posting for help. Apologize if there is a thread out there with this explained, that being said here is my issue.

TV starts with taking time to power up and then not coming on like other tvs in other threads. So I took it apart and tested the voltages suggested.
