I checked the regulators and they all seem to be working fine. These are the results I got.

Are these pictures clear enough? I believe it is a problem with the Main Board also, but I can't narrow down the issue. I have already bought a new main board, but it is possible the new one has the same issue....Leave a comment:

Sorry for the late reply. If I disconnect the inverter board the screen turns on and the Samsung start up sound does not happen when I attempt to turn it on....Leave a comment:

So I replaced the capacitors with capacitors that matched the specifications off the schematic for the board and i am still getting the same issue. Any other ideas on what could be wrong?

No I can't say. I found the schematic for the board so I'll verify that the capacitors match that. Are those capacitors something that I can go to Radio Shack or somewhere to get or would I have to get them online?...Leave a comment:

I recently got a Samsung LN32C530 from a friend because it did not turn on. When it is plugged in the standby light turns on, but when you hit the power button it just blinks 4 or 5 times and then turns off. The person who had it before me thought it was the capacitors so they replaced those and I thought it was the main board, but after replacing that the tv will still not turn on. I have attached pictures and would appreciate any help given....
