When the TV powered up I received a double image as seen in the attached photo. I tried a factory reset, but that had no affect.
Any suggestions as to what else I could try?...

Hello, I am having the same issue with an RCA 55" TV (RTU5540-B), I recently replaced the main board (AE0012251) since the original board was stuck in a self-diagnostic mode.
When the TV powered up I received a double image as seen in the attached photo. I tried a factory reset, but that had no affect.

Hello, not too much to say about myself. I am a retired electronics engineer, was with the company for 28 years. Myself and the fellow I worked with would service equipment like VCRs, TVs, TV cameras, lighting gear, and so on.
