Okay, so local electronics shop repaired my laptop, by flashing BIOS and locking it, because Windows destroyed it again, after every reboot. Don't have my BIOS dump, and don't know what dump was flashed, but it works. And there is no TPM error after POST, despite dude on Reddit said that you need new TPM chip for that error message to go away. Mb in his case - new TPM chip was necessary.

Good evening everyone. Have a bad luck of joining "5490 bricked after TPM update" gang. DELLTPM_NPCT750_7.2.2.0_64_v3.exe was the program that did it to my laptop. I ask for help, as i understand i need working BIOS dump, so it can be written to desoldered BIOS chip from my motherboard. Dump from my BIOS is not available for the moment. I hope someone can help, Thank You.
