Ok thx. I have connected my PL2303 TTL USB adapter (GND, Rx, Tx) but I have not seen any messages. Neither with screen, nor with putty or minicom. I also tried with different baud rates and with Rx and Tx swapped at one end ;/
So there's probably something else wrong and/or Q3 is a different component, although the 1.2 V output voltage makes sense in my opinion.
Maybe JTAG level will give me some information? I could give it a try

No, I haven't done that yet, but I will. What exactly can I do with it then? I have little experience with the serial interface/debugging.

Hi,
a guy told me the component Q3 is the AO6604 mosfet by A&O.
So I soldered the component in. There is now 1.2 V at the output (pins 4+6). Unfortunately, the extender is still not working correctly. The diodes light up as follows (all continuous):
D909, WPS: off
D904, 903, 902, 901, LAN ports: green
D910, connection to WLAN device: green
D916, Link Rate 5 GHz: red
D907, Link Rate 5 GHz: off
D915, Link Rate 2.4 GHz: red
D905, Link Rate 2.4 GHz: orange+green
D906, Power: orange
A button reset does...

So here are the subcircuits that I created myself. Without guarantee. Among other things, Q3 is broken but so far I have not found out what kind of component it is (marking F42A 1K). Maybe someone here can help me....

I found a schematic for the WNR200v3 so maybe it exists somewhere. I have already created a few subcircuits myself. Unfortunately, I can't identify a component that has broken (marking F42A 1K (1K crosswise)) . But that probably belongs in a different thread.
Furthermore, I have not yet found a data sheet for the broadcom bcm5358ub0kfbg chip.
Anyway, thanks for the answer
