Hi all, I work in fiber optics we have about 150 surface pros ranging from 5-11 most are plus's. I was the lucky one chosen to replace screens and general issues like that. I have replaced several in my time but now all of a sudden I am having an issue with one that they want saved so I am reaching out grasping for straws to help.
