Lcd tv occasionally starts and shut down in a couple of minutes with 1 long and 2 short red led blinks repeatedly. mostly it does not start at all and goes to same error. replaced mc34067p and relative electrolytic caps both on main psu and on stadby psu. when it works ok +12v/+24v/+18v/-18v on main psu and +5.2v/+25v/+67v on standby psu. during fault standby psu +5.2v/+20v/+48v relay clicks once to supply nain psu but vcc to pin 15 ofic7001 only rises to +12v and hence does not start. any help?
