Hi, my monitor started having an issue. While there is a vga or dvi cable connected to the monitor, the screen flashes on and off. If there is no cable connected, it shows the no signal warning without any issues.

I tried different cables and nothing helped. I also tried using different monitor with my pc and the monitor was working normal so my computer is not the issue.

Last year I replaced two of the capacitors because they were leaking and the monitor was having trouble starting up and it fixed the problem, but now, no leaking capacitors on the PCBs.
